Cancel your subscription

Change or cancel anytime — right from your dashboard.

You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like. You don’t need to email anyone — it only takes a few clicks from Plan & Billing.

How to Cancel Your Plan

1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner and open Plan & Billing
2. On your plan card, click the three-dot menu next to Upgrade
3. Click Cancel Plan

A Plan cancellation window opens so you can double-check. It shows the date your subscription would otherwise renew until.

1. Read the summary
2. Click Continue to cancel — or Cancel to keep your plan

Once you confirm, your current subscription ends and you lose access to premium features, like extra searches, unlimited lists, and paid workspace tools.

Good to know: Cancelling doesn’t delete anything. Your account, Favorites, and recordings stay right where they are, and you can upgrade again anytime.

Update Your Payment Details Instead

Just need to change your card or billing address? You don’t have to cancel. On the same Plan & Billing page you can see:

• Your subscription — your plan, shouts, number of users, and your Next Bill amount and date
• Payment Details — click Edit to update your card
• Billing Address — click Edit to change the address on your invoices

Tip: Not sure you want to cancel? Switching to annual billing or reducing your paid seats with Manage Seats can lower your bill instead.
